As a vendor participating in the event hosted by Agency Couture, LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Event"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Liability for Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items: ACO has taken reasonable measures to provide a secure environment through its security system and cameras. However, Agency Couture, LLC, its staff, event planners, and affiliates (collectively referred to as the "Released Parties") cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items that may occur during the Event.
