Contractual Agreements

Any contractual agreements must be in writing and signed by both parties. Any agreements made verbally, by message, text, or otherwise will not be considered legally binding or obligate Agency Couture, its owner, partners, affiliates, or employees to any obligations up to the full extent allowable by law. Partnership and Joint Venture Restrictions ACO and any vendor, employee, software user, client, event planner, or employee are in no way considered partners or joint venturers, unless a written contract is executed between the parties explicitly stating such a relationship. Neither party shall have the authority to bind or act on behalf of the other in any manner, including but not limited to taking monetary actions or representing the other party, except as explicitly stated in the terms and conditions of this agreement or in a separate contract signed by both parties.
