Confidentiality

You acknowledge that during the course of this Agreement, you may receive Confidential Information from us. You agree to hold Confidential Information in strictest confidence and not to disclose Confidential Information to any third party without our prior written consent. Confidential Information shall include, without limitation, all information marked or identified as proprietary or confidential, and all other information of a confidential nature that you should reasonably understand to be confidential given the nature of the information and the circumstances of disclosure.
