No Generative AI Features

Agency Couture, LLC (aCo Digital / ACO) does not incorporate or offer any generative artificial intelligence (generative AI), large language models, image generation tools, automated content creation systems, or similar AI technologies within our websites, mobile app (app.aCo.digital), SaaS platform, CRM, invoicing, inventory management, dropshipping tools, vendor/consignor systems, or any other services.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- No AI-generated text, product descriptions, marketing copy, emails, or responses. (This could be built out as a custom solution but is not part of the general platform for security and data privacy)
- No AI-generated images, photos, mockups, designs, or visual content.
- No machine learning-based personalization, recommendation engines, predictive analytics, or chatbots powered by generative models. Analytics are available but without generative AI or LLM.
- No hidden, backend, or third-party generative AI processing of user data (that we are aware of), uploads, or inputs for content creation purposes.
- There are third party integration options that are available to users. Agency Couture is not responsible for end-users decisions to connect data to these platforms or for any technology or AI within those platforms.
Our platform relies solely on traditional software logic, rule-based automation, manual inputs, user-provided data, and standard database/programmatic functions. Any automation present (e.g., order routing, inventory alerts, basic calculations, or workflow triggers) is deterministic and non-generative in nature.
There are no opt-out mechanisms for generative AI because no such features exist in our services at this time.
We reserve the right to evaluate, announce, or introduce AI-related capabilities in the future. Any such additions would be clearly disclosed in updated Terms of Service, feature changelogs, or direct notifications (e.g., via Dashboard, email, or in-app announcements), and would include any applicable opt-out or consent options at that time.
